Shipping is paid by customer at the best rates available. It takes up to 14 days to receive you well packaged backglass and we will send you a receipt after purchase and a tracking number as soon as it is shipped. We usually use UPS Ground or FedEx and current carrier rates.

You may purchase with confidence that you will get the quality and craftsmanship you are expecting. We stand by our work 100%. We do understand that sometimes something can go wrong and in that case If you are unhappy with your new backglass or it arrives damaged please call us for refund instructions. This is not a flat print from a touched up photograph, paper melted on glass or a pixelized version of the original backglass. Our backglass are engineered for illumination from the start of the art to the layers of color in our state of the art printing process. Each backglass has been digitally recreated by our design tech who meticulously went over every line, every lightbox, every color with precision positioning and multi-layered art to bring to life the true pinball experience of the era. The white layers and reverse image layer capture the depth and vibrance that enhance the play and help bring the life back into the machine. We offer backglasses on acrylic and tempered glass. Crafted to impress the pinball enthusiast because the backglass is the face of the machine.
