At Pinball Backglass, every backglass is individually produced, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and ready for installation.

Because of the size and fragile nature of glass products, we take extraordinary care in packaging and shipping every order.

Processing Times

Many of our backglasses are made to order. Processing times vary depending on inventory, artwork requirements, and production schedules.

Estimated production and processing times will be provided at the time of purchase whenever possible.

Custom and one-of-a-kind projects may require additional production time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other qualified freight providers depending on size, destination, and service requirements.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Packaging

Every backglass is professionally packaged using protective materials designed specifically for fragile glass products.

Our packaging methods are intended to minimize the risk of damage during transit; however, shipping carriers remain responsible for handling packages after they leave our facility.

Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

If damage is discovered:

  1. Retain all packaging materials.

  2. Photograph the package and damaged item.

  3. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect available shipping claims.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, insurance requirements, and carrier rates.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout whenever available.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Delivery Delays

Pinball Backglass is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs delays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or returned shipments may be the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Projects

Custom-designed and one-of-a-kind backglasses may require additional communication and approval prior to shipment.

Production schedules for custom projects vary based on project complexity.
