Custom Work
Custom work applies to backglasses that have not yet been done and need to be crated for the first time. The process of recreating the artwork from scratch with measurements and proofs takes about 20 to 40 hours by our graphic artist to complete. This is when you are first in the que. It also depends on how difficult the piece is and how many edits are required. These are worked on in order of payment received and we keep you posted on lead time. The quickest we have completed this process has been 14 days and the longest it has taken us so far was 30 days. There is no charge for edits or completing this process.
The coolest part of this process is that if you supply the measurements, you get your name printed on the back the backglass after the manufacturer copyright as the measurement contributor. Every backglass we print from then on will bare the name of the person that hepled make it possible for everyone after to get a backglass made right from our store.
LEAD TIME
We work hard to get orders done as soon as possible however it depends on a few factors explained below.
If the backglass has been made before and appears in the store then it is pretty fast.
Apon payment we send the piece to the printer. That process can take up to a week for curing and protective coatings to be applied. At that point we ship it ourselves and it takes 3 to 5 days to arrive, Total time approximately 14 days.
